1. We had studied clearly illustrated the success of MAS in combine multiple biotic and a biotic stress resistance / tolerance in Rice against blast (Pi9, Pit, Pi54 (Pikh), Pi35, PigmR), bacterial leaf blight (BLB) (Xa3, Xa4, xa5, xa13, Xa21, Xa38), brown plant hopper (BPH) (Bph3, Bph9, Bph17, Bph17), gall midge (GM) (Gm4, Gm8) and QTLs for drought tolerance (qDTY1.1 and qDTY3.1, OsSAPK2) through marker-assisted forward breeding approach. Observed ILs with Sixteen to twenty genes in the current study showed superiority to recurrent parent for multiple stresses.
2. We have analysed the recurrent parent genome recovery of marker assisted backcross (MABC) breeding program in watermelon. SSR, SNP and QTLs marker based molecular analysis of recurrent parent genome recovery of Foreground and Background selection program. MABC was used to incorporate Fusarium wilt (Qfon1.1), Qfon2.2, Qfon2.1), Zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV) (eIF4E) and Powdery mildew (Pmr2.1) resistant genes or QTLs identified from the resistant inbreed lines in watermelon.
3. Many efforts have been focused on identification of TYLCV resistance wild tomato Germplasm lines.We have studied and screened markers resistance to Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus (TYLCV) Ty1, Ty2, Ty3, Ty5 genes, Bacterial wilt (Bwr-6, Bwr-12), Bacterial spot, early and late blight, Gray mold, Heat tolerance and Fusarium wilt (frl) genes in Tomato Germplasm lines through Marker assisted selection through SSR, SNP and QTLs.
4. We have identified improved drought tolerance (MYBE1), sweetness (sugary1), forage quality for digestibility (Bm3) and provitamin A (ZmcrtRB3, crtRB1 and LcyE) rich content in maize germplasm lines through Marker-assisted selection. Gene-linked markers were used for the foreground selection in backcross and selfed lines based on marker polymorphism between donor and recurrent parents.
5. We provide GMO testing services for both qualitative and quantitative analysis of ELISA for Bt Cotton, Maize, Brinjal, Soybean and other crops seed, leaf and feed samples of several seed companies. We have identified and analysed through PCR based Zygosity test for specific Events / Proteins such as Bt - proteins Cry 1Ac, Cry 2 Ab, Cry 1Ab, Cry 1C, CP4 - EPSPS, Vip-3, Cry 1F, Cry 1 Ec and other events.
6. Aimed to conserve and identify potential germplasm of field and vegetable crops through Marker assisted selection and selection of parents with high combining ability, for specific qualitative & Quantitative traits.
7. Marker-assisted selection and back cross breeding for resistance against wheat stem rust (Sr45), powdery mildew (Pm3) resistance and drought stress and salt tolerance. We have identified and validation two or more resistance genes (Sr45 and Pm3) against wheat rusts, powdery mildew diseases and drought stress and salt tolerance (DREB1, TtASR1, TaMYB2 and TaAQP).
8. Pyramiding QTLs controlling tolerance against drought (OsSAPK2), salinity, and submergence (SubA1) in rice through marker assisted breeding. The present study was conducted to develop abiotic stress-tolerant rice genotypes in the genetic background of the rice varieties.
9. Identification and screening of chilli germplasm and parental lines causing chilli leaf curl disease in India, suitable for mapping and tagging genes conferring resistance to thrips (HpmsE078), Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Pepper mild mottle virus (PMMoV), Chili veinal mottle virus (ChiVMV), Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), Phytophthora root rot, damping off, control of trichrome density (HpmsE031), Bacterial wilt, Bacterial leaf spot, Verticillium wilt, Fusarium wilt, Powdery mildew.

We have identified simple sequence repeat markers linked to QTL for resistance to Watermelon mosaic virus, Powdery mildew (Pm-2 F), CMV (cucumber mosaic virus), Fusarium wilt race 2 (Fom1, Fom2_AS-PCR), Melon necrotic spot virus (nsv) in melon. A consensus linkage map for molecular markers and quantitative trait loci associated with economically important traits in melon.
13. Genetic diversity analysis and DNA fingerprinting of elite Paddy, Maize, Bajra, Sorghum, Wheat, Cotton, Sunflower and Mustered lines using SSR and SNPs markers based Genotyping.
14. Marker assisted gene pyramiding for enhanced Tomato leaf curl virus disease resistance in tomato cultivars. Identification of a molecular marker tightly linked to bacterial wilt resistance in tomato by genome-wide SNP analysis.
15. QTL mapping of traits associated with dual resistance to the Zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV), Scab resistance, Beta-carotene quantity, Gummy stem blight (GSB) resistance, Melon yellow spot virus, Powdery mildew (Pm-s), Cauliflower mosaic virus (CMV) (cmv6.1) in Cucumber.
16. Plant genotyping applications including MAS/backcrossing/trait related SSR, SNP and QTLs markers discovery and development of Capsicum, Onion, Brinjal, Squash, Cauliflower, Watermelon, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Melon and Cucumber.
